People watching in Myanmar

One of my favourite activities when I travel is to watch people. Well, Myanmar did certainly not disappoint me in that regard! Whether it was at a temple site or a busy road or a market or during a hike, beautiful and interesting people were everywhere. They wore traditional clothes (or things similar to pyjamas) and in Rakhine state they often painted their faces too. Unfortunately I don’t have any photos of this – but I did get the same paint treatment by two giggling girls 🙂
